Leadership

Pilgrims Church is led by male-only elders who are responsible for preaching, teaching, counseling, and providing the oversight of the church. They are mandated by the members, per the 1689 London Baptist Confession, and are accountable to them.

Membership

Pilgrims Church is a member-based, elder-led congregation. Our members are responsible for selecting the elders and confirming new members, holding each other accountable in accordance with the London Baptist Confession, and administering discipline to one another and the elders as necessary. They also vote on all key decisions pertaining to the church life.
